How to delete temporary files in your system...

This tutorial is not a trick.. its the essence of computer....

Steps:
1. first you must open my computer icon..
2. As you can see at the upper tab...you see file,edit, view,favorite,tools and help tab..
3. Select tools>folder option...then another windows will pop-ups...
4.In the folder option..you can see general,view,file types and offline files..
5.Now, select view tab..then find and select show hidden files and folders...
6. apply it and okay...then close...
7.Then go back to my computer.. open your drive C:
as you can see..there is a folder which is "documents and settings"..open it
8.after that there is a three folder there..which is "all users", "default user", and "your user folder"..
select your user folder.
9.open your user folder then find and open "local settings"...
10.open "temp" folder...after you open it...you will notice a lot and crowded files...
11. Select it all and press shift delete to totally erase from your system and does not store in the recycle bin and its been totally unrecoverable..don't worry its a temporary files and that files was heavy your system..
12.thats it, your done...i hope you like it....
